The Volt Lane development project at 520 Smollett St, Albury NSW is a commercial office building. The development consists of one level of underground car park, ground floor foyer, storage facilities, 3 off ground floor retail tenancies, six floors of commercial office space and a level 7 plantroom.

The ATO occupies the six floors of office space.

Electrical supply and installation included:

  • The complete LV power supply system Including consumer mains, sub‐mains, MSB, distribution boards, standby power, UPS system, PFC, surge protection, final sub‐circuits, related earthing systems, energy metering, cable trays
  • Outlets and accessories including single and multiphase socket outlets, switching systems, single and multiphase permanent connections, lighting outlets, internal and external luminaires, exit & emergency lighting system, DALI lighting control etc
