The development consisted of one level of an underground car park, ground floor foyer, storage facilities, 3 off ground floor retail tenancies, six floors of commercial office space and a level 7 plant room.
The ATO occupies the six floors of office space.

- Outlets and accessories including single and multiphase socket outlets, switching systems, single and multiphase permanent connections, lighting outlets, internal and external luminaires, exit and emergency lighting system, DALI lighting control etc
