• Submain from Existing Sewerage Pump to new Stage 3 Distribution Board
• Custom Built Weatherproof Distribution Board
• Platinum Caravan Park Pedestals Containing Power, Lighting and Water
• Bollard Lights along Main Parade
• Streetlights atop 6m Galvanised Poles (To Match Recently Completely Equine Centre Carpark)
• Weatherproof LED Batten Fittings to Illuminate Stables and Surrounding Apron
• Underground Pit and Pipe Infrastructure for Reticulation of all Stage 2 Electrical Systems
• Provision of Underground Conduit and Pit From Stage 2 DB into Stage 3 Footprint for Connection of Future Services
• Provision of Design Documentation and Certification of all Works
