In a joint-venture between NSW Depart of Education and the local Hilltops Council, this project sees the development of a new state-of-the-art 3-Storey Library Building for use by Young High school students and the wider community as well as new Staff Amenities, Canteen and Ablutions. With multiple key stakeholders and a culturally significant construction, constant detailed management is required to ensure successful project delivery.
